Retirement Plans: Insight on Fiduciary Responsibilities

The responsibilities of retirement plan fiduciaries continue to evolve with recent legislation and court decisions. Many of the decisions fall back to the basics: what is 404(c)? What is 404(a)?

This presentation will give you a primer on definitions of fiduciaries and means to reduce your risk. We will also look at recent court decisions and the impact they may have on your day-to-day  responsibilities. Without the basic knowledge of responsibilities, it is difficult to manage your tasks: prudent process, due diligence and documentation.

This will help you navigate the bigger picture of your role as fiduciary.
